1. Choose your subscription
Select a monthly subscription on The Scotto sign up page to enter our daily and monthly draws.
2. Complete your payment
Once your first payment is successful, your entries are activated automatically.
3. You’re entered into the draws
You’ll be entered into our Daily Draws (up to £3,000 can be won) and our Monthly £25,000 Jackpot.
4. Winnings are paid automatically
If you win, we’ll contact you and pay out according to the Terms & Conditions below.
5. Guaranteed a Win*
Every active player is guaranteed to win at least one prize within their first year of play, provided their subscription remains active and payments are successfully taken.
6. Subscriptions & Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will stop future entries into draws. Full cancellation terms are explained below.

By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. The promotion is available to customers aged 18 years and over, who are resident in Great Britain and subscribe to play The Scotto using a promotional link provided within the promotional period.
2. Customers defined as an ‘excluded person’ as per The Scotto Terms and Conditions will not be able to enter this promotion.
3. The promotion will start at 00:00 on 16 March 2026, and end at 23:59 on 31 December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. All customers who subscribe to play The Scotto within the Promotion Period will be guaranteed to win a prize within their first 12 months of play.
5. If customers do not win a daily prize within 12 months of playing The Scotto, they will be paid a guaranteed prize of at least £12 that will be funded by MBC ELM Limited.
6. If the customer cancels their subscription before 12 months, their subscription will end immediately, and they will not be entitled to a guaranteed prize. To cancel, customers must contact our Customer Service team.
7. One guaranteed prize per qualifying customer only.
8. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
9. The Promoter shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event that prevents a Player from entering the promotion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this promotion or to vary the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving notice on our website.

**The Scotto – Play Free Until October Promotion – Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. The promotion is available to customers aged 18 years and over, who are resident in Great Britain and register to play the Scotto. The Promoter reserves the right to verify age and identity, and void entries/prizes if verification fails.
2. Customers defined as an ‘excluded person’ as per the Scotto’s Terms and Conditions will not be able to enter this promotion.
3. The promotion will start at 00:00 on 21st August 2026 and end at 23:59 on 24th September 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. All customers who register in the promotional period will play all daily draws for free until 1st October 2026 – these entries are funded by the promoter. Date of first payment will be 1st October 2026.
5. No payment will be taken until the date indicated on the welcome email, unless cancelled.
6. Unless the customer cancels their subscription before the end of the Promotional Period, they will automatically become a recurring subscriber, and the payment method provided will automatically be charged £11.50 per month per subscription from the date indicated on the welcome email.
7. If the customer cancels their subscription during the Promotional Period, their subscription will end immediately, and no further payment will be taken. To cancel, customers must contact our Customer Service team, either through help@thescotto.com or 0330 123 3952. Opening hours are 09:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
8. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
9. The Promoter shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event that prevents a Player from entering the promotion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion only where necessary due to legal, regulatory, or technical reasons outside of its reasonable control. Any material changes will be notified to participants in advance via our website. Existing entries will not be disadvantaged by subsequent changes to these terms.
